Antonio Leal

Chief Executive Officer
Provides strategic and commercial leadership, oversees trading activities and financial direction, manages key relationships with suppliers, buyers, and strategic partners. He also leads the Industrial Materials and Precious Stones divisions.

Kasia Nowinska

Chief Operating & Compliance Officer
Oversees corporate operations, compliance governance, documentation standards, internal procedures, tools and transaction coordination. She also supports overall disciplined execution across the business and leads the Agriculture division.

Marcelo Rocha

Chief Trading Officer
Oversees all trading operations and transaction execution, coordinating the commercial and operational requirements and activities of ongoing trades. With particular long-term expertise in petroleum markets, he also directly leads the Energy division.

Paulo Nogueira

Head of Trade Finance & Banking Relations
Oversees relationships with banks and financial institutions, trade finance structuring, payment instruments, and settlement coordination. He supports the development and implementation of secure financial arrangements across transactions.
