COMPLIANCE AND GOVERNANCE

Integrity at Every Stage of Trade

AXCAPITAL applies a compliance-first approach to international commodities trading, supported by risk-based due diligence, transparent commercial terms, controlled documentation and responsible transaction governance.
OUR PRINCIPLES

Responsible Trade Begins with Strong Governance

AXCAPITAL’s compliance and governance framework is designed to promote accountability, commercial integrity and disciplined decision-making across every transaction. We evaluate opportunities not only for commercial viability, but also for counterparty suitability, regulatory exposure, documentary integrity and execution risk. Transactions progress only when the required commercial, compliance and operational conditions have been satisfied.
COMPLIANCE STANDARDS

A Risk-Based Compliance Framework

Our compliance framework applies proportionate controls according to the nature of the commodity, counterparties, jurisdictions, transaction structure and settlement arrangements.

Counterparty Due Diligence

Buyers, suppliers and relevant transaction parties undergo KYC/KYB, beneficial ownership, authority and risk-based compliance review before material commitments.

AML & CFT Controls

Transactions undergo assessment for money laundering, terrorist financing, financial crime and associated risks throughout the complete commercial transaction lifecycle.

Sanctions Screening

Relevant counterparties, jurisdictions and transaction elements are screened against applicable sanctions lists and restricted-party requirements before commercial engagement.

Anti-Bribery & Ethical Conduct

AXCAPITAL applies zero-tolerance standards to bribery, corruption, fraud, unethical conduct and improper influence throughout every international commercial transaction.

Transaction-Specific Review

Compliance assessment continues throughout the transaction and may be updated when parties, routes, documentation or risk conditions change.
COMMERCIAL INTEGRITY

Clear Terms. Verifiable Parties. Documented Execution.

AXCAPITAL promotes transparency by establishing clearly defined commercial responsibilities and maintaining an appropriate documentary record throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Verified Counterparties

Corporate identities, authority and relevant ownership information are reviewed before material transaction commitments are made.

Defined Commercial Terms

Product specifications, quantity, pricing basis, delivery terms, responsibilities and settlement conditions are formalized in commercial agreements.

Traceable Transaction Records

Material instructions, approvals, documents and transaction events are recorded through controlled communication and documentation channels.
RISK MANAGEMENT

Proportionate Controls Across the Transaction Lifecycle

AXCAPITAL applies transaction-specific controls intended to identify, assess and manage commercial, compliance, documentary and execution risks.

Counterparty Risk

Corporate standing, ownership, authority, business activity and transaction capability are assessed on a risk-sensitive basis.

Commodity & Jurisdiction Risk

The product, origin, destination, trade route and relevant legal or regulatory restrictions are considered before execution.

Documentary Risk

Commercial, transport, inspection and origin documents are reviewed for consistency with contractual requirements.

Delivery & Settlement Risk

Operational commitments, document presentation, payment events and title transfer are coordinated according to the agreed contractual structure.
FINANCIAL INTEGRITY

Controlled Banking and Settlement Arrangements

Financial arrangements are structured according to the transaction, contractual terms, counterparty profile and requirements of the participating financial institutions.
Where applicable, AXCAPITAL coordinates recognized trade-finance instruments and bank-to-bank settlement mechanisms through regulated banking channels. All arrangements remain subject to contractual conditions, compliance approval and acceptance by the relevant financial institutions.
AXCAPITAL is not a bank, payment institution or financial adviser. Its role is to coordinate the commercial and documentary requirements of the underlying commodity transaction.
DOCUMENTARY CONTROL

Documentation That Supports Secure Execution

Every transaction is supported by documentation appropriate to the commodity, delivery structure, jurisdiction and contractual requirements. Document requirements are defined for each transaction and reviewed for consistency before the relevant execution or settlement stage proceeds
Documentation may include:
  • Corporate and compliance records
  • Commercial offers and purchase orders
  • Sale and purchase agreements
  • Product and quality certificates
  • Inspection and origin documentation
  • Transport, shipping and insurance documents
  • Banking and settlement records
  • Import, export or regulatory documents where applicable
OUR COMMITMENT

Building Trusted and Responsible Trade Relationships

AXCAPITAL is committed to conducting international trade with integrity, transparency and disciplined execution.
We reserve the right to request additional information, apply enhanced due diligence, suspend transaction activity or decline an opportunity whenever required by our compliance standards or risk assessment.
