EXECUTION FRAMEWORK

A Defined Path from Enquiry to Closure

The stages below represent the principal transaction pathway. Detailed operational, banking and documentary procedures are determined according to each transaction and remain confidential.

01 - Commercial Enquiry

A prospective buyer submits an RFQ, LOI or defined trade enquiry stating the product, quantity, destination and requested delivery basis.

02 — Corporate Offer

Following preliminary assessment, AXCAPITAL issues an SCO or FCO setting out the proposed product, pricing basis and principal commercial terms.

03 — Buyer Documentation & Due Diligence

The buyer provides its ICPO together with the required corporate and KYC information for commercial and compliance review.

04 — Contract Execution

The parties finalize and execute the SPA, establishing the binding product, delivery, documentary, responsibility and settlement terms.

05 — Financial Readiness

The agreed financial capability and settlement arrangements are confirmed in accordance with the executed contract before operational commitments proceed.

06 — Allocation & Scheduling

Product allocation is confirmed and the applicable production, lifting, loading or dispatch schedule is coordinated.

07 — Inspection & Shipment

The goods are independently inspected where required and shipped or transferred under the agreed delivery terms and transport plan.

08 — Document Presentation

The required commercial, transport, origin and inspection documents are compiled, verified and presented in accordance with the contract.

09 — Settlement & Transaction Closure

Settlement and title transfer are completed against the agreed contractual conditions, after which the transaction is reconciled and formally closed.
